Driving Directions to Hospice & Palliative Care Lincoln County

From Interstate 85, take exit 17 (Dallas, Lincolnton, Gaston College) and merge onto highway 321 N.  After 14 miles, take the NC-27/NC-150 exit (exit 24) and turn right toward downtown Lincolnton.  Follow NC-27 for approximately 1.4 miles.  Turn right onto Cedar St.  Hospice & Palliative Care Lincoln County is on the left.
