Driving Directions to the South Charlotte Office

From the Charlotte uptown area, take Providence Rd. (3rd Street) away from uptown.  Stay on Providence Rd. until it intersects with Fairview Rd.  Take a right onto Fairview Rd.  At the next stoplight, turn left onto Carmel Rd.  Continue down Carmel Rd. for approximately 5 miles.  Turn right onto Little Ave.  The South Charlotte office of Hospice & Palliative Care Charlotte Region is on the left after approximately a half mile. 

From Interstate 77 traveling north, merge onto I-485 E (exit 2) toward Pineville.  After almost 5 miles, merge onto Pineville-Matthews Rd. (Highway 51) via exit 64A toward Matthews.  Turn left onto Johnston Rd. after approximately 1.5 miles.  Turn right onto Walsh Blvd. and another right onto Little Ave.  The South Charlotte office of Hospice & Palliative Care Charlotte Region is on the right.
