Directions to Hospice & Palliative Care Charlotte Region Main Office

From the South Charlotte area, take Providence Road toward uptown Charlotte.  Providence Road makes a right-hand turn at Myers Park Methodist Church.  Turn right and continue to follow Providence Road for approximately 1.5 miles.  Turn right onto Charlottetown Avenue (formerly Independence Blvd.) and after .5 miles, turn right again onto E. 7th Street.  Hospice & Palliative Care Charlotte Region is on the right. 

From Interstate 77 traveling south, take exit 11 (Brookshire Freeway/I-277) and stay to the left.  After 1.3 miles, take the Brevard St./Davidson St./McDowell St. exit.  Merge from the highway onto 11th Street.  11th Street becomes McDowell Street.  Turn left onto E. 7th Street and follow E. 7th Street through two stoplights.  Hospice & Palliative Care Charlotte Region will be on the right. 

From Interstate 77 traveling north, take exit 9 (John Belk Freeway/I-277/Wilkinson Blvd.) and merge onto I-277 via exit 9B.  After approximately 1.5 miles, take exit 2A, (3rd Street/NC-16).  Turn right onto E. 3rd Street.  Turn left onto Independence Blvd.  11th Street becomes McDowell Street.  Turn left onto E. 7th Street and follow E. 7th Street through two stoplights.  Hospice & Palliative Care Charlotte Region will be on the right.
