Hospice & Palliative Care Charlotte Region is committed to ensuring that individuals and entities associated with HPCCR comply with all ethical, legal, and regulatory obligations and that all services provided are consistent with accepted standards of practice. As evidence of this commitment, the Corporate Compliance Program was put into place to detect, prevent, and correct any potential violations of law or regulation. In particular, the Corporate Compliance Program will respond to the areas of concern outlined in the Office of the Inspector General’s Compliance Program Guidance for Hospices.
