"I have had the opportunity to work for HPCCR for 17 years and I'm daily reminded of why I love what I do. Through working with HPCCR, I have had the privilege of caring for individuals from birth through youth in our Kids Path program and with our adult population as a case manager. HPCCR fosters a team approach so we can not only travel the end-of-life journey with our patients and families through a multidisciplinary approach but as a team, we support each other.
